Q. What time for check-in/check-out?

A. Check-in is from 2:00pm, check-out is till 11:00am.

Q. Can I extend the check-out time?

A. Extention of check-out time is available until 2pm, and the charge is ¥1000/hour. After 2:00pm, will be charged entire regular room charge.

Q. Before check-in or after check-out, can I leave my luggage?

A. Yes you can. Please feel free to ask the front desk.

Q. I want to send luggage beforehand.

Q. Is there a laundry cleaning service?

A. Yes, it's available at the front desk. If you leave your laundry by 9 in the morning, it'll be completed by 6 in the evening.
(Service is not available on Thursday, Sunday and Holiday.)
There is also the Coin Laundry in the hotel.

Q. I'd like to send a fax from the hotel. / Can I photocopy a document?

A. Fax is available for ¥50 (domestic). ¥100 (international) per dransmission.
Photocopy is available at the front desk for ¥10/sheet.

Q. Parking fees?

A. ¥1000 per a night.

Q. Is it possible to go in and out of the parking lot?

A. Our parking lot is ground type parking. Therefore, you can go in or out anytime you want during your stay.

Q. Can I make a reservation for parking lot?

A. Please call us when you make a revervation for your room. Our parking lot can hold up to 34 cars. If our parking lot is full, we will guide you other parking lots near our hotel.

Q. Can Internet be used in the room?

A. All rooms are equipped with Wifi and LAN. Internet service is free of charge.

Q. Do you prepare something to drink in the refrigeration in the room?

A. We prepare empty refrigertions. Please feel free to bring anything. Also, we have vending machines in the hotel.

Q. Are there vending machines and microwave ovens?

A. A vending machine is located on each floor. Microwave ovens are located next to the vending machine on the first floor.

A. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the hotel. There are a variety of restraunts in our neighborhood. We have maps of the area around our hotel. Please ask the front desk.

Q. Is there a room service?

A. Unfortunately, we have no room service.

Q. Can children stya for free?

A. Children under 12 years old can stay for no charge if there is an adult with him/her. One child per adult can stay for free.

Q. Can I get a receipt with company name?

A. Yes, you can. Every guest pay the room charge with a machine, and a receipt is out from the machine. We can make a receipt with company name, so please tell the front desk it before you pay. If you lose your receipt, we can reissue it. However, we can make it by hand and put a stamp ""Reissue"".
